OTAGO'S EXCITING WIN RAGE AT BLUFF REGATTA [Per United Press Association.) INVERCARGILL, March 1. At the regatta at Bluff yesterday the eight-oar race was won by Otago by a canvas from Southland after an exciting contest. The race was rowed against the flood tide, and the twomile course was covered in 12min osec. Otago led all the way.
