PICNIC

A large gathering of employees of the Mi I burn Lime and Cement Company from Burnside, Dunback, and Milburn met at Green Island for the annual picnic, and in spite of the wet morning an enjoyable time was spent by all. The contest for the challenge shield, was keen. Milburn retaining the trophy. At the conclusion of the sports the general manager, Mr W. W. Mackersy. presented the shield and prizes. The Forbury School Band supplied excellent music.
