The available profit is £686,122, and the dividend is 2 per cent. The Cable and Wireless Holding Company’s profit is £1,086,177, from which is to be paid a dividend on the cumulative preference shares of 4p per cent, in respect of 1932 and If per cent, in respect of 1933, absorbing £957,779. The amount carried forward is £128,398.
