'A motion standing on the Order Paper of the House of Commons, with the _ support of _ 309 members representing all parties, affirms that the time Ms arrived when active steps should be taken to consider schemes for the redistribution of the population of the Empire, urging that the Governshould consult the dominions and colonies with a view to the promotion of organised Empire settlement.
