(Received January 15, at 12.5 p.m.) The ‘ Daily Mail,’ in a leader, extols the strength and vigour of the British Fascists, and asserts that Sir Oswald Mosley is preferable as an Anglo-Ger-man negotiator to elderly political leaders. The paper adds: “The Black Shirts offer at the next election an alternative to rule by Sir Stafford Cnpps, with his retinue of predatory Communjsts and revolutionary Socialists.’*
