POSTPONEMENT PROBABLE
DISARMAMENT BUREAU MEETING FRANCE AGREES WITH BRITISH VIEW Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. PARIS, January 14. (Received January 15, at 10 a.m.) It is understood that the Government agrees with the British view that it would be expedient to postpone the meeting of the Disarmament Bureau till either the end of January or the beginning of February, enabling reception of the German reply. (Received January 15, at 11 a.m.) According to the present arrangements Sir John Simon will leave London for Geneva about the middle of next week to take the leadership of the British delegation at the League of Nations Council meeting, which opens on Monday. Until the arrival of Sir John Simon the British- delegation will be led by Captain Eden, who will leave for Geneva on Sunday.
