WIFE HYPNOTISED
, CURIOUS AMERICAN CASE Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. CHICAGO, January 13. 1 Judge Desort issued an injunction prohibiting Dr Ernest Rossow from hypnotising his divorced wife after the latter had claimed that the doctor forced l her into ah unfavourable property settlement while she was under his spell. The wife declared that hypnotism resulted when the doctor counted to five slowly. The physician’s counsel, in an effort to disprove the charge, ordered his client to count, and at the number five the wife’s head snapped back and her eyes closed. When she revived a few minutes later she became hysterical.
