RESERVE BANK PROPOSAL
LABOUR PAPER'S COMMENT INTERESTING PARALLEL [Special to United Press Association, New Zealand.] LONDON, September 15. (Received September 16, at 10 a.m.) Interesting comment by the London ‘ Daily Herald ’ (Labour) in regard to the reserve bank proposal is contained in these words:—“lt is interesting to note how close the central bank proposals of the New Zealand Government are to the Labour Party’s proposals in this country for the reorganisation of the Bank of Fngland.”
