The following advice has been received from Messrs Huddart, Parker Ltd., Melbourne:—“ The directors have declared ,subject to audit, a dividend for the half-year ending December 31, 1931, of three (3) per cent on the preference shares, and two and a-half (2i) per cent, on the ordinary shares. The annual general meeting of shareholders will be held at Melbourne on March 11, The dividend will be payable on March 12, and cheques drawn on the Commercial Bank of Australia Limited, Wellington, will be posted to shareholders.” BANK OF AUSTRALIA.
