(Received January 12, at 9.55 a.m.) The Australian cricketers are greatly dissatisfied with their bonus of £250. Mr Sydney Smith in his report having recommended that the amount be £350.

During the return trip from England the team at a meeting decided that if the Board of Control did not grant a bonus of £3OO they would to participate in any or the Sheffield Shield matches. The opinion is now expressed that none of the players will participate in the match between New South Wales and Victoria.
