BERLIN, October G. The French troops at Gennor.dioim have been ordered to walk out only in groups. If they are molested they may us© their weapons. Several Germans have been arrested in connection with the affair. An inquiry is proceeding. [Two French soldiers at Gcrmcrsheim (Bavaria) quarrelled with two German civilians. They warned the public to stand back, and then shot the Germans dead. The French gendarmerie arrested the two soldiers.]
