J, Cook announced that l ho was prepared to recommend the Miners’ Executive at the meeting to-morrow to accept Mr Evan Williams’s invitation to a conference on the basis of an agreement not involving reduced wages or longer hours.—Sydney 1 Sun ’ Cable.
