'j’ho balauee-sneet disclosed that the last race meeting had made a profit, m about £290. Hi railing the new mile course .2159 bus been spent, and a further vote was authorised to make improvements. At a conference between Vincent and Cromwell it was decided, .subject to the approval of the annual meeting ol the latter club, to hold the annual races at Cromwell on January 8 and 9 and at Vincent on the 13th and 14th.
