(Received August 20, at 10.35 a.m.) Tho delegates to tho conference of the Minors’ Federation in London agreed with the executiye’s view that, despite the Government’s refusal to accede to the executive’s request for representation of tho miners on the Commission of Inquiry, the federation should participate in the inquiry, and the executive was accordingly instructed to present tho miners’ case to tho Commission.—Renter.
