EXECUTIVE COUNCIL MEETING [Per United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, August 20. At the Public Service Association’s Executive Council meeting it was decided to advocate tho return to the original regulation covering sick leave. Further, that the Public Service Commissioner’s attention be drawn to tho delay in filling positions, and that certain departments and officers who have been exempt from the Commissioner’s control bo brought under tho provisions of the Public Service Act.
