Lord Blyth’s estate has been sworn for probate at £II,OOO. The will mates that “owing to the heavy burdens through death duties and the present precarious position of tho wine and spirit business owing to the recent Lipcnsing Acts, I have not included charitable bequests in the will. ’ Ho gave a sum to charities during his lifetime which - ho considered due.—A. and N.Z .Cable.
