(Received July 21, at 1.5 a.in), A strange romance is woven into the visit of Scnorita Gretta Lopez, who is coming to Europe to provide an opportunity for blood transfusion for the cx-Empress Charlotte of Mexico, who is insane and living near Brussels under the care of the Belgian Government. Scnorita Gretta is tho granddaughter or the Mexican republican loader, who forced tho Empress to witness Maximilian’s execution. Scnorita Gretta, learned that blood transfusion would prolong the life of the Empress, who is now eighty-five, and she made tho otter because she is desirous of redressing tho wrong done by her grandfather. The Government has accepted the oiler. Scnorita Gretta is coming to Europe at her own expense.—A. and I\.Z. Cable.
