(Received December 9, at 9.20 a.m.) After an extended tour of the State’s wheat area, the ‘ Daily Telegraph’s ’ agricultural editor says: “ Should nothing untoward in the way of weather intervene during the next three or four weeks a bumper harvest is assured. A record in the matter of quality cannot be looked for, but an absolute record in the yield per acre is w distinct possibility.’’ Tire previous record was 17.8 bushels per acre. The editor forecasts 18 bushels for this year’s harvest, with a total yield of well over 50,000,000 bushels
