Bishop Trowcr, of Broome, after fourtwin years’ experience of tho northern areas of Australia, declares emphatically for tho introduction of colored labor. He urges a system of bringing indentured laborers from Southern India, and suggests that tho Indians should be imported in farailv groups, with a proviso that the children shall be deported with their parents when their term of indenture ends.
