BISHOP ADVOCATES COLORED LABOR. Press Association—By Telegraph—Ooprriglft. Australian and N.Z. Press Association, PERTH, June 23. (Received June 23, at 9.55 a.ra.) Bishop Trowcr, of Broome, after fourtwin years’ experience of tho northern areas of Australia, declares emphatically for tho introduction of colored labor. He urges a system of bringing indentured laborers from Southern India, and suggests that tho Indians should be imported in farailv groups, with a proviso that the children shall be deported with their parents when their term of indenture ends.
