DUNEDIN STOCK EXCHANGE. No business was transacted publicly on 'Change at the first call to-day. HuddartParkers .(ordinary' issue) were on the market at £1 13s, with a buyer at £1 lis 9d. Now Zealand Insurances* had a buyer at £7 15s, without a seller, while National Insurances were on offer at £2 19s 6d. Dominion Rubbers were slightly easier, with' a seller at £1 19s 6cL Woollens were in firm demand at £4 15s, with a seller asking £5. The preference issue of Wright, Stephenson's shares had a buyer at £4 15s, but sellers wero asking £4 18s 6d. There were buyers on the market' for New Zealand-Malay Rubbers at 19s, Perpetual Trustees at £1 3s, National Banks at £5 ss, and Dunedin-Kaikorai Trams at £1 3s, but no sellers came forward in any of these lines. The mining and dredging section of the market was quiet. Talisman Consolidateds at 12s were wanted at 10s 9d, while Waihis had buyers at £1 16s 9d and sellers at £1 17s 3d.
