CHINA MAY ENTER WAR.
PRESIDENT ALONE UNDECIDED. Reuter’s Telegrams. NEAV YORK, April 26. (E. eceived April 27, at 12.25 p.m.) Advices from Peking state that a conference of the provincial and military Governors voted unanimously that China should enter the war a garnet Germany. A canvass shows that the Parliament, is overwhelmingly in favor of war, but the President is undecided.
