Vt ELLINGTON, February 16. The watersiders refused to coal the Maori this morning on the ground that Lie use of the burton block eudauseivd f,vc? and limbs. It is understood that there is sufficient coal in the .bunkers to t-ake the vessel to Lyttelton and back.
