Important. \\ar Regulations to meet the problem caused though the “go-slow" policy hit being gazetted by the Government, and will make liniitalion of outnut an offence against the lawn Sir James Allen stated to-day that it would he ruinous for New Zealand if any body of men were allowed to limit the output. It would be not onlv ruinous to the country, but to the men themselves. Tim only way to win, the wav was to maintain a birch state of efficiency. If this was not done thev must go down before a more vigorous nation.
