At a meeting of the above association, it was resolved to hold their annual picnic at that favorite placo Outram. Arrangements have been made for special trains at fares to suit everyone, and a. supply of milk and hob water will 'be on hancL" The committee lipvo departed from the usual sports progra.Tr.me, and intend making a special feature of the races for the young people, women, and children. Judging by the reports of the delegates to the association everything augurs well for a most successful dav.
