PARLIAMENT PROROGUED. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. CAPE TOWN, July 8. The Union Parliament is prorogued. The Bill providing for the settlement of industrial disputes and the management of trade unions was passed by the Assembly, but blocked by the Senate. It was thus prevented from becoming law.
