DECIDE TO RETURN. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. VANCOUVER, July 8. The Hindus aboard the Komagata Maru announce the abandonment of their attempt to enter Canada. They assert that they are without sufficient funds to enable them to return to the Orient, and are asking the Dominion Government to arrange to convey them home.
