HOME RULE AMENDMENTS.
ULSTER TOJSTAND OUT. [Per Press Association.] LONDON. July 6. (Received July 7, at 3.15 p.m.) Tho amendments to the Homo Rrdo Amending Bill provide for the exclusion of Ulster Province and tho abolition of the time limit, with_ the Secretory of Slate as the administrative authority instead of the Lord Lieutenant.
