WELLINGTON, April 27. Tho Upper Hutt disaster has claimed the eighth victim, 'Virgil. M'Govem dying in the hospital last .night. He was 27, and unmarried. His death was not unexpected, deceased having been in a. critical condition for some time, although an operation had been performed.
