OTAGO RIFLE MEETING

Second Day.—Saturday. The Otago Rifle Association's annual prizp-firing meeting was continued at the Pelichet Bay range this morning. The rain overnight made conditions underfoot extremely unpleasant. The light was better than yesterday, but a strong, tricky wind interfered with good scoring to a considerable extent.
