(Received November 14, at 2.5 p.m.) The operations at Chatalja are at a standstill, partly because negotiations for an armistice are proceeding direct with the Bulgarians. It is believed that the Porte ■will shortly negotiate for terms of peace. The Stock Exchange is buoyant as a result of the improved Balkan outlook, and Continental Bourses are similarly affected. Consols are £74 17s 6d.
