Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyrignt. SYDNEY, November 14, (Received November 14, at 1.5 p.m.) The New South Wales Government have decided to restrict the immigration of artisans. 'They state that the influx has largely exceeded the number recommended by the Government, so they have stopped granting assistance passages. The building trades are disappointed with the decision, but the Trades Hall support the Governments action in view of the shortage of mohev in the Treasury and tile recent dismissals by the Harbor Trust and Water Board.
