[Special to the Stab.] CHRISTCHURCH, August 4. Commenting on the Auckland complaint that Defence training is going to clash with organised recreation of the nation's youths, the 'Star' suggests that a. remedy lies in the daylight-saving scheme. It urges that this "Bill ought to be taken up by the Government and put through this session, on the ground that it would obviate the danger of the Defence system interfering with either the business of tho country or the legitimate recreation of young men.
