DUNEDIN FANCIERS' CLUB.
The above club's annual show will be held on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday of this week. Sidey's Buildings, at the comer of Police and Crawford streets, have been secured for the show this year, and this should prove an ideal place, being opposite tho Agricultural Society's Winter Show, thus being in a good position for country visitors. A record entry has been received, and such entries are well distributed over the various classes of poultry, pigeons, canaries, dogs, cat*, and children's pets. The committee hayo been bard at work scouring trophies and special prizes, and a large number have been collected. The committee have resolved this year that the cats and children's pets are to be on exhibition, on Friday and Saturday, and this f.ectiou alono always provides one of the attractions of thie show. Mr J. H. Hayne is making a special exhibition of his Persian cats. Everything points to this being one of the best shows of its kind ever held in Dunedin, and tho public should not miss the opportunity of seeing it.
