(Received May 25, at 9.38 a.m.) The Governor, at the request of Ministers, caused the issue of a ‘ Gazette ’ proroguing Parliament, to June 7. A Government caucus decided to resubmit the Constitution Reform Bill on Parliament reassembling. No other legislation will bo passed until the Bill becomes law.
