(Received May 25, at 9.57 a.m.) At the annual meeting of the Protestant Church of England Union the report and speeches strongly condemned the growing Ritualistic practices in the Church. The president (Canon Archdali) stated that Black Mass was said in England in some extremely Ritualistic churches. He hoped that the time would come when the nation would impeach the bishops of England as traitors to the Church and State. The report also condemned the att'tude o ? extant Australian bishops towards the Ritualistic movement.
