The Hon. W. P. Reeves, in the course of an interview, stated that Mr Seddon was not going to open any meat shop within 100 mSes of London.

Mr Percy Chirnside has returned from his visit to England. He states that so little is known of the Australian States that "Victorian and South Australian meat, rabbits, and butter are being sold as New Zealand and even as prime English, meat. He urges the necessSy of lectures by practical men in-order to advertise the Commonwealth.
