MR T. E. TAYLOR'S INTENSIONS.

CaRISTCHURCH, September 30. Mr T. E. Taylor was formally welcomed hpme by Prohibitionists and friends at a social gathering last evening. He made no definite announcement regarding his candidature at the coming election, nut pledged himself Xa enter with renewed energy into the no-lieense and expressed the belief that the Prohibition party were going to win. Incidentally he uttered a strong protest against the proposal to create an Imperial military reserve in New Zealand.
