fttu Awociatioa—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, February 12. (Received February 13, at 9.45 a.m.) Mr Forster, a Transvaal barrißter, haa recovered the sum of £2,000 damages against Mr A, B. Markham, M.P. for Mansfield, for a libel contained in a letter writtea to ' The Times' on February 25, 1900. [Mr Forster took a prominent part in the Uitlander movement. He is the. same gentlemai? la the maa Krause, now serving a term for incitameife to murder, desired to get oat of the way. Mr Markham has another libel case to answer, he having brought certain charges against Werther, Beit, and Co.]
