NEW SOUTH WALES ANSWERS BACK. Press Association—By Telegraph—Coypright LONDON, February 12. (Received February 13, at 9.10 ajn.) Owing to the adverse comments or ( Mr See's 3 per cent commission charge on disbursements made on behalf of the Imperial Government, Mr Copeland, the Agent-General, has informed Mr Chamberlain that the War Office lias for years charged New South Wales 5J per cent, on all orders for military stores, to coyer departmental expenses.
