Frozen Meat.—New Zealand mutton is unchanged. Lamb also is unaltered, the quotation being for old season s stock. New Zealand beef, 1801b to 2201b, fair average quality—Ox fores, 3jd; ox hinds, 4|d. Hides are in slow demand. Wales heavy ox, 4|d; light, 4§d; cow, 4-[d, Leather is firm at Basils, steady: Australian, 13jd. The kauri stock is 1,540 cases. Copper: Spot, £55 2s 6d; three months, £54 10s. Tin: Spot, £113; three months, £IL7 10s. Lead, £ll 7s 6d. Silver, 2s 1 7-16 d.
