LONDON, April 23.
The Durham Miners' Federation have invited the ma&tors to a conference to discuss matters in dispute. The engineers on the Tyne and Wear have returned to work on the masters' terms. The spinners are partially resuming work.

LONDON, April 23. (Received April 25,1882, at 10 a.m.)
The cotton spinners have resolved to submit to arbitration the points at issue respecting bad work and breakage, bnt the masters have excluded the quostion of tho employ, merit of non-unionists.
The Durham mine owners hold a conference with the Miners' Federation on Monday. £he latter are said to be acting withauthority ef the men.
