Parkes introduced his clotine rules, which arc less stringent in oharacter than those of which he formerly gave notice. ARRIVAL OF A JAPANESE WAR SHIP. ADELAIDE, May 13. Tho Japanese corvette Ryujo arrived here to-day, and the officers were entertained by the Governor.
