FATAL RAILWAY COLLISION.

[By Electric Telegraph,—Copyright. [Reuter's Telegrams.] MELBOURNE, May 13. All the persons injured are progressing favorably, with the exception of Mr Lempriere, whose state is considered critical. The • Herald ' states that the number of persons injured is 189. Tho funeral of Mr E. H. Parker took place at Mount Vernon Cemetery to-day, and was largely attended. An inquest on the bodies of those killed opened to-day, and after the bodies had been identified it was adjourned until Thursday. The Board of Inquiry held its first sitting this afternoon, the proceedings being of a private character.
