One of several preliminaries to the inter-Island Service Rugby match at Athletic Park tomorrow will be a ceremonial display by the Band of the Royal New Zealand Air Force. This will be one of the band's last appearances before leaving on its tour of Australia. The band will be on the field from 2.35 p.m. until the start of the big match. There will be two ear]y matches, the first between Town and Hutt Valley schoolboy teams, and the second (at 1.15 p.m.) between the Marlbqrough snd Wellington senior champions, Opawa and Athletic respectively. The Opawa side is made up mainly of Marlborough representatives and includes a number of players well known in Wellington, among them Hegglun, Welsh, Aston, and Haines.
