MURDER CHARGE
The Lower Court hearing of the joint charge against Nita Constance Batt married, aged 24, and Herbert Aiired Adams, storeman, aged 42 that they murdered the female child of nn\ an£° nS ance Balt at Wellington on October 17, was commenced today before Mr j. l. Stout, S.M. Mr W H Cunningham is prosecuting, the female accused is represented by Mr GI Joseph, and Adams by Mr. J. J. Scott
