A busy and enjoyable afternoon was spent recently by the-members of the East Vogeltown Patriotic Committee when they were , visited by the Mayoress, Mrs.. Appleton: The Christmas quota of parcels was packed, together with-ten special parcels for the boy's from the district who are serving overseas, the cost of which was defrayed by the East Vogeltown Progressive Association.
