PLANS FOR NEW INDUSTRIES

P.A. NELSON, September 21. Plans for new industries had already been completed, and the Government knew where they were to be established, stated the Minister of Rehabilitation (Major Skinner). "We are planning new industries and also planning for the rehabilitation of wartime industries to peacetime industries," he said. "Industrial reconstruction and rehabilitation are not being overlooked. Plans for new industries are complete right down to the last handful of nails. We know the number of men and the type of men we, want for these industries and where' the industries are to be established, and this is quite the most interesting side of our rehabilitation problem today."
