MOUNTING AFTER REVERSES Rec. 10.30 a.m. LONDON, August 4: The significance of the Russians' latest advances in the Orel sector and one reason for the optimism with which correspondents and commentators regard these, advances is revealed by the Stockholm correspondent of "The Times," who states that Orel station and also the centre of the town are within, range of Russian guns.
