P.A. FEILDING, This Day The Prime Minister (Mr. Fraser) gave an address at the commemoration of the Feilding Agricultural High School yesterday He congratulated the school on the fact that Keith Elliott, V.C., was an old pupil, and also that a large percentage of old pupils were serving in the fighting forces. He also congratulated Mr. L. J, Wild, the headmaster, on his receiving the honour of membership of the Royal Agricultural Society of England. Mr Fraser spoke on the general question of education.
