ROOSEVELT'S INTERVENTION
DISCUSSIONS TO CONTINUE

NEW YORK, Nov. 19
President Roosevelt again conferred for more than an hour with the railway executives, and union officials'on both sides agreed to resume the discussions on Friday, in *an attempt to settle the wage dispute which is threatening to cause a nation-Wide strike on the principal railroads.
